We have separate instructions for Mac and Windows, since you will need different programs. At the end of this LONG, LONG, LONG process, your 1.0.2 phone will be unlocked with a repaired baseband. You can update to 1.1.1 after you finish virginizing (read all 1.1.1 documents first so you don't have to repeat steps).
